At one month old, the only other good option for feeding a month old infant is infant formula🍼, although breast is best. Formula 🍼 is a good alternative if you are not able to breastfeed or you are not producing enough breast milk for your baby to gain weight. Raw goat milk 🐐 is another option, although formula is preferable. Do not use cow milk🚫🐄. Young babies are unable to digest cow milk🤢, and your baby could get very sick😱.
