A man, Paul Dibbins, who had a stinct in the military, has decided to operate on himself with the help of pliers. The 57year old Father of 3 children, cut off the troubling toe after his agreement with the doctor that was to amputate the toe was cancelled. Paul who sustained the injury while working on a car, did himself a favour, after an apparent disappointment from the doctor, took the laws into his hands by cutting off the dead toe with the help of pliers and the hitherto military training he had.
